Halloween week is here! By now you have probably enjoyed several Halloween events and fall festivals. But if you’re looking for more, don’t worry, there are several Halloween events coming up still over the next few days! Yup, if you’re looking for some family fun this weekend, or next week on October 31 itself, you have several good choices!
Maybe your neighborhood is not the best for trick-or-treating. Maybe you prefer something earlier in the day, or indoors. Or maybe you’re looking for a big bash with more than just trick-or-treating. If so, you’re in luck! Northern Virginia is home to several Halloween night celebrations, including festivals, carnivals, parades, an trunk-or-treat events.
Some of these community events are geared to young children while others are for older kids or teens; most are all-ages events. The “scare” factor varies, too, with most events being mild while others designed to give you a good, fun scare.
See our list of community Halloween events for events before and on October 31, 2019. And if you’re in or near western Fairfax County, take a quick visit to this home in Centreville that each year puts on an amazing display of jack-o-lanterns! And as always, please check the official websites (we link to them all) for details on registration, rules, weather policies and more.
