Activities include: amusement rides; children’s activity booths (many free); music, dancing, puppet shows, and other stage entertainment; karaoke competitions; pony rides; a wildlife show; costumed characters; and an area for teen games. For the comfort of guests, the festival provides free shuttle service along the Burke Centre Parkway, and a nursing moms privacy tent. Unfortunately, pets, which previously were welcomed at the festival (and had their own little rest area) are no longer permitted as of 2015.
Festival hours are Saturday 9:30 am to 5 pm and Sunday 101 am to 5 pm; there is also an after-hours wine garden on Saturday only (5-10 pm with last call at 9 pm). The Conservancy Festival Grounds are at 6060 Burke Centre Parkway in Burke. See details on the festival website. The event takes place rain or shine!
